November 2021

Concept Note by Iraq, CCM Coordinator on Transparency Measures, on advancing the implementation of Article 7, guided by Actions 43-46 of the Lausanne Action Plan, up to the 10th Meeting of States Parties (10MSP) to be held in Geneva in August/September 2022.


October 2021

A brochure on Transparency Measures has been produced to highlight States Parties’ obligations under Article 7 of the Convention, which were outlined and explained in Actions 43-46 of the Lausanne Action Plan. The brochure also provides more information on why States Parties need to report, how to report and where submitted reports can be found. Information on assistance in reporting is also found in the brochure.

January 2020

Concept Note by Iraq, CCM Coordinator on Transparency Measures, on enhancing the implementation of Action 6 of the Dubrovnik Action Plan up to the Second Review Conference(2RC) to be held in November 2020.


November 2019

October 2019

Coordinator on Transparency Measures (Iraq), in collaboration with the Coordinator on National Implementation Measures (New Zealand), organized an event themed “A Decade of the Cluster Munitions Convention: its Past, Present and Future” on 16 October 2019 in the margins of the 74th Session of the UN General Assembly First Committee. The meeting gathered 31 participants from 22 States Parties, the Cluster Munition Coalition (CMC) and the ISU.


November 2018

Concept Note by Iraq, CCM Coordinator on Transparency Measures, on enhancing the implementation of Action 6 of the Dubrovnik Action Plan up to the 9th Meeting of States Parties (9MSP) to be held from 2 to 4 September 2018.


October 2018

The Coordinator for National Implementation Measures (NIM), New Zealand, with the support of the Coordinator for Transparency Measures, Iraq, and the CCM Implementation Support Unit hosted a closed lunchtime meeting on the implementation of the Convention on Cluster Munitions on Thursday 11 October 2018 at the Permanent Mission of New Zealand to the United Nations in New York. December 2017

Concept Note by Zambia, CCM Coordinator on Transparency Measures, on enhancing the implementation of Action 6 of the Dubrovnik Action Plan up to the 8th Meeting of States Parties (8MSP) to be held in September 2018.


October 2017

The Coordinator on Transparency Measures (Zambia) along with the Coordinator on National Implementation Measures (New Zealand) organized a side event on 17 October in the margins of the 72nd session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA) First Committee in New York. Invited States Parties attended this informal meeting to discuss obligations stemming from Article 7 (Transparency Measures) and Article 9 (National Implementation Measures) of the Convention.
