In its capacity as Coordinator for National Implementation Measures, New Zealand hosted a workshop for a cross-regional grouping of States on 17 May 2016. 

The purpose of the workshop was to engage creatively on the ways in which States can meet the targets relating to national implementation measures set by the Dubrovnik Action Plan.

New Zealand considers that the diverse and innovative ideas that emerged from the workshop will be of broader interest to all supporters of the CCM and has therefore requested the circulation of the summary report.  New Zealand would welcome any comments on the report at the 6MSP, including with respect to any particular actions that States Parties and other stakeholders are already undertaking, or are prepared to undertake, to strengthen national implementation measures.
