As the 84th State to ratify the CCM, St Kitts and Nevis will become a State Party on 1 March 2014. The instrument of ratification deposited at the UNSG in New York is available here.
The Convention on Cluster Munitions
The CCM is an international treaty of more than 100 States that addresses the humanitarian consequences and unacceptable harm caused to civilians by cluster munitions, through a categorical prohibition and a framework for action.
