As the 78th State to ratify the CCM, the Republic of Nauru will become a State Party on 1 August 2013. The instrument of ratification deposited at the UNSG in New York is available here.
The Convention on Cluster Munitions
The CCM is an international treaty of more than 100 States that addresses the humanitarian consequences and unacceptable harm caused to civilians by cluster munitions, through a categorical prohibition and a framework for action.
